“ So if you are visiting Norforlk and you've not thought about what you're going to eat on a Sunday evening your choices are very limited as they nearly all close, but not the Oriental Garden. Obviously we had never been here before but the food was really good. You do need cash which it would have been helpful of they had said but fortunately we did. The two lovely sisters who serve you were a delight too. ”
“ Only here for a couple of days and Oriental Gardens is apparently a top place to visit, I can see why. It appears to be a more popular, collection takeaway place. But, that's just what we observed when we were there. The staff, a very lovely couple of women, polite, considerate, checking how our meal is etc.... Now, we were very concerned when the "Sea salt and pepper" chips showed up, looking like normal chips but this is not true. Try them, you'll taste the difference.... No, the Meat Spring Rolls. You see that you only get 2 and if you're from London, you'll think this is a joke, 2!? It should be 10. Trust me, 2 is enough, they're tasty and massive! Worth the visit, but they really only take cash payments. No card, at all. Wine, we both had a glass of the pinot and rose, both lasted the meal. We drank them slowly to be fair but the waitress, did come over and ask if we'd like the water or more wine. A* in my books. ”

Very friendly staff. The food was excellent, will definitely be visiting again!! Would highly recommend the beef curry and beef & mushroom! ”

Food was all delicious and if we ever visit again we would definitely return. We didn’t eat in so can’t comment on the atmosphere very well, only saw the entrance which seemed pleasant. “ This Chinese is so well cooked. Best in so many years. I don't usually eat Chinese as very selective. The chow mein we had, shrimp and Beef. perfect, not greasy. Flavour great. Must recommend the Salt chill squid had 2 nights over 10.10. please carry on this old school Chinese experience. Trusted and loved by many of us ”
